Silver Grill started in 1933 as a 40-seat diner on Walnut Street in Old Town Fort Collins. Back then, Fort Collins was a small college town, and our doors were open for anyone who needed a good, honest meal.
Over the decades, we've expanded four times — always in the same location, always in Old Town. We've held on to the original brick walls, the hardwood floors, and the same commitment to quality that got us here. The only thing that's changed is we keep adding seats to accommodate everyone who keeps coming back.
We've been called "America's Best Breakfast" by Esquire Magazine. We've been written up in travel magazines and food blogs. But honestly? The review that means the most is the one we get every Saturday morning when the same families walk through our door that have been coming here for 20, 30, even 40 years.
That's what Silver Grill is about. Not fame. Not trends. Just people, coming together, over really good food.
